When a rental is booked, the renter pays the tool owner’s rental price plus Tiggy’s platform fee.
Tool owners set their own rental prices. You will see the price before booking, including the rental rate and Tiggy’s platform fee.
Tiggy’s net platform fee is calculated as max(€2, 12.5% of the rental amount). In Germany, 19% VAT is added to the platform fee.
