Cookie policy
Tiggy separates essential technologies from optional audience measurement. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
Essential cookies and storage
- jwt, tiggy_jwt: secure sign-in; generally up to 24 hours or the configured session lifetime.
- tiggy_rt, tiggy_sid: secure session renewal and revocation; up to 15 days.
- NEXT_LOCALE: selected language.
- tiggy_view_mode and tiggy_section: selected user view and platform area.
- tiggy_location and tiggy_location_consent: search area and location-use decision.
- tiggy_browsing_history: locally stored recently viewed content.
- tiggy_cookie_consent: consent decision and version; six months.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics may be loaded or called only after “Accept all” is selected. Online identifiers, page/event views, approximate region, device and timestamps may be processed. The legal basis is consent. Core platform use remains available after rejection.
Social login and external content
Google or Facebook login is activated only when the user deliberately selects that sign-in method. The provider’s privacy and storage settings also apply. Social login is voluntary; where email sign-in is offered, Tiggy can be used without social login. External content not necessary for the requested function may not set non-essential identifiers before consent.
No marketing communications
At launch, Tiggy does not use cookie consent for advertising emails, marketing SMS or marketing push notifications. Introducing these later would require a separate legal and technical review and an update to this information.
Changing consent
The decision can be changed at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect processing already lawfully performed.
Browser controls
Cookies can also be deleted or blocked in the browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, security or preferences from functioning.
